“We’re beyond excited to welcome Jenny to the Canyon family,” says CLLCTV Factory XC Team Manager Sébastien Francois. “Her incredible career and fearless approach to racing align perfectly with our mission to support riders at the very top of the sport.”

Jenny’s story is one of pure inspiration. From winning gold at the Rio Olympics to redefining what it means to race on your own terms, she’s carved out a legacy as one of the most exciting riders in XC racing. Known for her explosive power, precise bike control, and unshakable determination, Jenny is among the most well-rounded riders on the circuit.

The 30 year old from Falun, Sweden, took the cross-country world by storm with her Rio gold in 2016, but fans in Sweden were alert to Jenny’s talent far before after three consecutive national championship titles. Rio was the springboard to greater success with an under-23 World Championship title and, after a two-year hiatus, XCO and XCC World Cup successes from 2019 to the present day.

Jenny couldn’t be more excited to begin this new chapter: “Joining the Canyon CLLCTV is a huge opportunity for me. I’ve been riding bikes for so long now but I still feel like there is so much for me to learn and so many ways to improve. I’m really looking forward to this journey and to see how we can learn and improve together. I’m really happy about this new chapter of my career.”

Established stars and next-gen talents

The team is also thrilled to welcome two rising stars, Valentina Corvi (below, left) and Noa Filippi (below, right), who represent the next generation of MTB talent. Hungry to make their mark in XC racing, Valentina, who is the current U23 national champion, also has her sights set on Cyclocross success. Meanwhile, French talent Noa, who holds multiple XCO/XCC youth titles, brings massive potential and ambition, ready to take on the world’s best in his first year as a Junior.

The 2025 roster perfectly balances experience and raw talent. German XC powerhouse Luca Schwarzbauer returns with his explosive pace, while French whippet Thomas Griot and Spanish U23 star Thibaut François add finesse and speed to the mix.

“This lineup hits all the marks,” adds Sébastien. “With Jenny and Luca’s leadership, Thomas and Thibaut’s energy, and the fresh fire of Valentina and Noa, we’re set for an incredible season. 2025 is going to be epic.”
