Here’s the lowdown on what makes the gen. 3 Grail the ultimate all-terrain racer:

1. 57 mm tyre clearance: Both frame and fork are engineered to clear 57 mm, or 2.25-inch tyres, with over 4 mm of ISO clearance to spare. That gives riders the freedom choose the rubber they need to match their riding and get after it – the Grail won’t hold them back.

2. All-terrain aero: The new Grail was developed and tested to thrive at real-world gravel race pace. When pitted against some of the fastest competition in the wind tunnel, it outperformed all at 35 km/h. (See Press Kit for more testing insights).

3. Control in the chaos: A longer wheelbase, consistent 71.5° head tube angles and 69 mm trail values across core sizes add confidence over the roughest terrain. This progressive handling lets you carve predictably through loose corners. Listening to rider feedback on fit, the new Grail also has 15 mm lower stack than its predecessor to enable more aggressive, racier positions.

4. PACE meets Control: Award-winning PACE Technology on CFR and CF SLX models let riders dial in cockpit height and width with a single Torx 25 tool. Canyon’s expanded drop bar ecosystem features new Control Drops with just the right amount of flare to boost handling precision.

5. Stash all you need: Always there, out of sight. CFR and CF SLX models feature enhanced LOAD Down Tube Storage with enough space to stash spares and tools to get you out of any mid-ride mishap

6. Pack fast with Canyon x Cyclite: Canyon has partnered with the bikepacking experts at Cyclite for ultralight, weatherproof and robust midloader and top tube packs that won’t slow you down. The midloader’s party trick is a simple, secure push-to-release mechanism for rapid pack removal and installation.

7. Roll fast: Progressive design, speed and reliability – the new GR 50 CF carbon wheelset engineered by Canyon perfectly complements the characteristics of the Grail.

8. Beyond raceday adaptability: CF SLX and CF bikes are compatible with DEFEND Fast Fenders to let you get out and ride in all-seasons. All bikes come with a Gear Groove, a versatile cockpit interface for lights, computers, as well as highly adjustable aero extensions that transform the Grail into an ultra-endurance machine.

Grail CFR – Dialled for everything with MyCanyon customisation

Everything you need, nothing you don’t. Grail CFR is all about speed with the SRAM RED XPLR AXS-equipped Grail CFR AXS and Shimano GRX Di2 800 series-equipped Grail CFR Di2. Both bikes roll on 50 mm DT Swiss GRC 1100 wheels as standard.

Riders in European markets can look forward to building their dream Grail CFR with the MyCanyon customisation programme.

Highlights include not only four additional standout artworks, but also additional wheelsets with Zipp 303 XPLR SW and Scope Artech 4G options. Cockpit customisation lets riders specify stem length as well as drop options from our PACE ecosystem, with the CP0053 RACE Bar also available for the most committed racers. Saddles, crank length and chainring size, including aero chainrings, round out the offering.

MyCanyon customisation options on the Grail will be rolled out across additional regions in the future.

All-terrain efficiency in a privateer package, race-ready out the box. The Grail CF SLX 8 AXS comes fitted with a full SRAM Force XPLR AXS groupset and DT Swiss GRC 1400 wheels, while the Grail CF SLX 7 Di2 features new Canyon GR 50 CF carbon wheels and a Shimano GRX Di2 700 series group.

The starting line for off-road speed, pick up the pace and explore beyond the pavement. The Grail CF 7 AXS comes with full SRAM Rival XPLR AXS electronic shifting and Canyon GR 50 CF wheels. Entering the Grail world, the Grail CF 7 is equipped with a mechanical Shimano GRX 600 series shifting and carbon Newmen Advanced G.34 wheels, representing true race performance at an excellent price.
