Embargoed until Tuesday 12 May, 11:00 CEST: Following the release of the new Endurace CFR in April, Canyon is now announcing the addition of their next-generation Endurace CF SLX and Endurace CF bikes, completing the new-look Endurace family.

The launch of the Endurace CFR made waves just a few weeks ago. Engineered for the exceptional, this was the first time any Endurace had been used to race, and win, when up against the toughest conditions in pro cycling - the Spring Classics. Where the Endurace CFR is the fastest all-road race bike out there, the Endurace CF SLX, an entirely new, standalone platform, is the most complete and most innovative all-road endurance bike on the scene.

The new Endurace CF SLX is a bike that gives riders the confidence to tackle any road – it’s fast on smooth pavement yet refined when the going gets rough. This is the answer to modern riders’ demands – an aero bike with all-day fit, ready for all-road action.

• 38 mm tyre clearance: Freedom to fit tyres for any road. Go wider for more comfort and control over rough surfaces, or try out the wide range of new, high volume racing tyres, Endurace CF SLX gives you the freedom.

• All-day fit: Sport Geometry on Endurace CF SLX means a higher stack and shorter reach than race bikes like the Aeroad, Ultimate and Endurace CFR, putting the rider in a more relaxed and upright position, perfect for big days out.

• All-out aero: Endurace CF SLX is now faster than ever. It shares its aero DNA with Endurace CFR, and in the wind tunnel it tests even faster than most race bikes competing in the World Tour, recording just 209 watts of drag at 45 km/h in TOUR Magazine testing conditions.
• VCLS comfort: A smoother ride with no compromises in aero performance, the groundbreaking SP093 VCLS Aero seatpost is engineered to boost vertical compliance by over 25% compared to a rigid equivalent. 

• Compact Drops on the PACE Bar cockpit: An addition to our award-winning cockpit ecosystem, compact drops were developed for the Endurace for an endurance-optimised fit while still offering full control.

• Easy-access LOAD Down Tube Storage: Always there, out of sight. This expanded system stashes all you need to get out of any mid-ride bind.

• New Canyon ED 42 CF wheels: Available on the Endurace CF SLX 7 AXS, a new carbon wheelset engineered by Canyon perfectly complements the characteristics of the Endurace.

• Progressive crank lengths: Shorter crank lengths across the board (165 mm now standard on size M, down from 172.5 mm) support a more open hip angle, reduced joint stress and higher cadence while pedalling.

• Ready for all seasons: The first Endurace CF SLX you can run with Canyon’s DEFEND Fast Fender system, providing full-coverage, rattle-free mudguard protection you can install and remove in seconds.

Full line-ups for the new Endurace CF SLX and Endurace CF are now available worldwide in multiple colour options across a seven-size range from 2XS to 2XL, exclusively from Canyon.com or the Canyon App.

Across the Endurace CF SLX range, all models are equipped with electronic shifting and compact gearing, as well as lightweight carbon wheels. Prices for Endurace CF SLX start at €3,999 for the Endurace CF SLX 7 AXS.

The Endurace CF line-up features a mix of mechanical and electronic drivetrain options, with both carbon and aluminium wheel builds. All bikes come with compact gearing as well as hydraulic disc brakes for full control. Prices for the Endurace CF start at just €1,699 for the Endurace CF 5.
