Tuesday, 27 January 2026: Canyon has further expanded its Experience Partner network in Germany with the opening of the new RAD RACE Berlin store at Linienstraße 217, Berlin-Mitte. The move marks the next chapter in the long-standing partnership between Canyon and RAD RACE and reinforces Canyon’s commitment to bringing its customer-first retail strategy to life through strong local partners.
Following successful Experience Partner locations with RAD RACE in Hamburg and Berlin’s previous setup, the new shop represents a significant upgrade in visibility, accessibility, and community engagement in the German capital. The opening was celebrated last week with a community-focused launch event and a group ride, welcoming riders, partners, and brand fans to the new space.
Located in the heart of Berlin-Mitte, the new RAD RACE shop offers direct access to the Canyon brand in a setting deeply rooted in cycling culture. As an official Canyon Experience Partner, the location provides Canyon test rides, expert advice, bike orders, and local service, combining Canyon’s digital direct-to-consumer model with meaningful in-person experiences.
A key feature of the new location is the RAD RACE workshop, now operating exclusively for Canyon customers. Riders can bring in their Canyon bikes for service with or without an appointment, while a broad selection of Canyon bikes is available for test rides on site.
Canyon’s Experience Partner program complements its direct-to-consumer approach by offering curated physical touchpoints around the world. These locations allow riders to test bikes, receive expert consultation, access local service, and connect with the Canyon brand on a personal level – all delivered by trusted local partners. As of 2026, Canyon is represented by Experience Partner locations across Germany, the UK, Netherlands, Belgium, Finland, Spain, Switzerland, the Czech Republic, and the USA. The program continues to play a central role in Canyon’s international retail strategy.
Adding to their Hamburg presence, RAD RACE’s new Berlin location is the second of its kind within Canyon’s German Experience Partner network, which also includes KarlvonDrais in Frankfurt and Alf Cycling in Stuttgart. This partnership reinforces Canyon’s strategy of delivering premium, local retail experiences through partners who are deeply embedded in the cycling community.
