While any customer can take advantage of a bike fitting at HYCYS, for Canyon the service is connected to the Aeroad and the MyCanyon programme, which is based around creating a customised dream bike for customers.
MyCanyon launched earlier in 2025 and it gives customers the option to choose different lengths for their stem and cranks, different drops and saddles, and now, completing the customisation experience, Canyon is partnering up with bike fitters in Germany to provide customers with their essential measurements before they purchase a customised MyCanyon bike.
Before ordering, customers can work with Canyon’s authorised bike fitting experts at HYCYS and gebioMized to determine the right frame size and ideal configuration of options. The results are directly incorporated into a customer’s personal MyCanyon configuration so they can be completely confident in their purchase decision.
HYCYS offer their premium services at three locations in Germany – Hamburg, Munich and Cologne – and they are also partnered with gebioMized in Münster. The premium service takes approximately 90 minutes and covers precise measurements, a flexibility test, frame size test, analysis of seating position, motion analysis, step-by-step adjustment of the rider’s position, testing the various MyCanyon options (saddle, cockpit, aero or flared drops, crank lengths, aero extensions), saddle pressure mapping, fine-tuning of the cleats, before-and-after comparisons, and documentation of the results.
