Multiple World Cup victories for Marine Cabirou and Aletha Ostgaard, plus career-best results for Henri Kiefer and Luca Shaw, and six Team of the Round wins made it an unforgettable season for the CLLCTV crew.
Sunday 12 October 2025: As the dust set on the Mont-Sainte-Anne track and another wild World Cup downhill season came to a close, this year the CANYON CLLCTV Factory DH crew had plenty to celebrate. 2025 officially goes down as their most dominant year ever, capped off with the Team of the Season title.
What made it such a successful season was more than just being in first place on the Team leaderboard standings. It was the consistency of challenging hard for every podium, giving everything to win six Team of the Round awards, and ultimately enough points to claim first place on the leaderboard at Lake Placid, defending the place in the final round at Mont-Sainte-Anne this weekend.
Sure, Marine Cabirou, Aletha Ostgaard, Troy Brosnan, Luca Shaw and Henri Kiefer may have got the glory but the Team of the Season title takes more than just having the fastest, most dedicated athletes. It takes having coaches who can get the best out of their riders, as well as the most committed mechanics, an incredible team environment, and a high-performance Sender CFR bike that’s versatile enough to excel in the relentless rain and axle-deep mud of Les Gets and in the hard-baked dust of La Thuile.

- Round 9 – October 3-5, Lake Placid, New York, USA: The penultimate round. “This title is a reflection of everyone in the program, not just the riders you see between the tape. From the R&D engineers and mechanics, to the line scout, and the marketing team, every result comes from hundreds of small details—setup, mindset, and teamwork. The Sender CFR gave us the platform, but it’s the people that made it a season to remember. Seeing our riders push each other and grow throughout the year… Everyone has played a massive role in the team. I couldn’t be more stoked.”
These results aren’t just a reflection of the riders—they’re proof of the Sender CFR’s race-winning DNA.
