CANYON LAUNCHES NEW SMARTLY SPEC’D SUB-€1,000 ENDURACE ALLROAD DROP BAR BIKE

The mission was clear—build the best and most versatile road bike possible… and do all of the above at the best possible price. The result is the new Endurace AllRoad.

Embargoed until 11:00 (CEST) Friday, 20th June 2025: Growing numbers of riders are looking for that one road bike that can handle a bit of everything—group rides, commutes, gran fondos, a smattering of gravel… However, the challenge for many cyclists (particularly those new to the sport) remains the cost of entry.

True, high-performance bikes with hydraulic disc brakes, durable drivetrains, and wheels that roll fast and stay true generally carry price tags that feel high to beginner (or simply cash-strapped) riders. That’s why Canyon is introducing the new Endurace AllRoad model.

The Endurace AllRoad marks the new entry point into Canyon's dropbar portfolio, reimagining modern road cycling with a genre-defining all-road bike that excels both on tarmac and off-road terrain, standing out with its versatility, confidence and dependability.

Genre-defining all-road practicalities

With its focus on simple, practical, lasting performance, the Endurace AllRoad makes a breeze of daily commutes, crushes weekend group rides, and sparks inspiration for that summer bikepacking trip. Moreover, the new AllRoad model comes to riders with the kind of frame and parts kit normally reserved for bikes with much taller price tags.

Featuring an all-new aluminium frame and a carbon fork with a longer wheelbase and generous tire clearance, these traits boost stability and comfort on long rides and those occasional forays into light gravel. With enough space for large volume 40mm tires, and with its fender and rack mounts, the Endurace AllRoad can ably handle commuting and touring too.

What’s more, with hydraulic disc brakes and Shimano CUES drivetrain and brakes, the Endurace All-Road is positioned at an impressively accessible and competitiive price point of 999 EUR, making this bike an ideal introduction to drop bar bikes or a next step into regular riding.

• Stopping power: if you’re new to riding drop bar bikes, you’ll love the advantages of Shimano CUES disc brakes: great stopping power, modulation and control, consistent performance in all conditions, low maintenance, and reduced wheel wear over rim brakes. CUES 2-piston, flat-mount calipers make a great choice for cyclists of all levels.
• Carbon fork: At sub-400 grams, the Endurace AllRoad’s carbon fork offers a more comfortable ride with improved handling than an aluminium fork, improving the riding experience for beginner riders.
• Drivetrain: Reliable Shimano CUES 2x10-speed shifting gives you a wide range 11-39T cassette and 50/34T chainset with broad enough gears for active lifestyle riding. 
• Clearance: At home on the pavement but still down to get dirty when the road ends, with 40 mm tyre clearance the Endurace AllRoad opens up all kinds of riding, from smooth tarmac to dirt tracks and everything in between.
• Versatility: Reliable Alex rims and Shimano hubs, complete with 35 mm Schwalbe G-One Comp tyres and rack compatibility for bikepacking escapes all combine to make the Endurace AllRoad a versatile companion for all roads.
• Made to measure: With 7 sizes available (2XS to 2XL) and size-specific cranks (170-175 mm), stems (60-100 mm) and handlebar widths (400-440mm), you’ll be sure to find an Endurace AllRoad that fits.

The Endurace AllRoad will be available from Friday June 20, 2025 from Canyon.com, the Canyon App or at selected Canyon Stores. Riders in all markets outside the United States will have their pick of both Metal Berry and Silver Mercury colourways with a price tag of €999 / £949. U.S. riders will be able to get their hands on the fetching Silver option, at a price of $1,399.
