KOBLENZ, GERMANY | EMBARGO: 11:00 CET, WEDNESDAY 15TH MARCH, 2023 — Canyon Bicycles, the world-leading, direct-to-consumer bicycle manufacturer based in Koblenz, Germany, appoints Karim Bohn as its new Chief Financial Officer.
Karim Bohn brings over 20 years’ international financial markets experience to Canyon, as well as huge enthusiasm for the brand and for cycling.
He will be part of Canyon’s Executive Leadership Team and will be responsible for managing financial performance for Canyon Bicycles GmbH and all Canyon-owned entities worldwide.
Bohn joins Canyon with significant experience in international finance and capital markets gained through senior positions with companies including Merrill Lynch, Deutsche Bank and Fortress Investment Group, in both the United Kingdom and Germany. He brings a strong track record in helping to build fast-growing companies, which was honed in his most recent position as CFO of investment management company Patrizia.
