PREPARE FOR TAKEOFF- CANYON EQUIP NEURON AND SPECTRAL WITH ROCKSHOX FLIGHT ATTENDANT

KOBLENZ, 1 OCTOBER 2021 | EMBARGO UNTIL TUESDAY 5 OCTOBER 2021, 4PM CEST (2PM UTC) — Fasten your seatbelts and prepare for a trail experience like never before. Today marks the launch of the new RockShox Flight Attendant- the first suspension system that responds to both trail and rider inputs to offer a perfectly damped suspension setup for every situation. All automatically, all wirelessly and all in real time. At Canyon, there was no way we were going to pass up the opportunity to spec two of our bump-eating, climb-hungry trail bikes with this state-of-the-art tech.

Depending on your personal flavour of trail, the Neuron CF SLX LTD and the Spectral 29 CF LTD AXS have you covered. If all day epics, awesome singletrack and multi-day adventures are your bag, then the Neuron is the perfect companion. Combining 130mm of efficient yet capable rear travel, via a RockShox Super Deluxe Ultimate Flight Attendant shock, with 140mm of confidence up front, through a RockShox Pike Ultimate Flight Attendant fork. To ramp up performance to the next level this lightweight trail bike is built around the Neuron CF SLX frameset, an even more refined version of the standard Neuron CF frame. We went all out with the carbon wizardry to shave grams, not stiffness or strength. This thing flies.

If you have more of an appetite for getting rowdy, riding every feature on the hill and pedalling back to the top- the Spectral is your pick. Progressive geometry and a burlier build offer riders more confidence to go faster and go bigger. With a 160mm Lyrik Ultimate Flight Attendant fork and 150mm of rear travel served up by a RockShox Super Deluxe Ultimate Flight Attendant shock both wheels will be exactly where you want them. From hot laps of your local trails one day through to blasting a local Enduro race the next, the Spectral is capable of virtually everything.

Both bikes are spec’d with a full complement of SRAM AXS X01 transmission to match the suspension. And the top draw parts don’t stop there. From RockShox AXS Reverb droppers to carbon DT Swiss hoops- both the Neuron and Spectral are truly dreambuild MTB’s. What about the colour? Well, for such special bikes we couldn’t just offer stock artwork. Both bikes feature bespoke colourways: Radiant Red for the Neuron and Mono Chrome for the Spectral means these bikes look almost as good as they ride.

The Neuron CF SLX LTD and Spectral 29 CF LTD AXS will launch on 5th October alongside the introduction of RockShox Flight Attendant. Both bikes are 7999 EUR.*
