CANYON AEROAD CF SLX ADDED TO MYCANYON PROGRAM WITH NEW CONFIGURATION OPTIONS FOR EUROPEAN CUSTOMERS

Embargoed until Thursday 26th March 2026: After launching MyCanyon on its premium Aeroad CFR road race bikes in 2025, Canyon’s customisation programme is now available for customers in Europe at the brand’s Aeroad CF SLX level, one step down from its top-tier CFR level.

With Canyon’s CF SLX bikes starting from € 6,499 this level of direct-to-customer configuration gives European bike buyers the option to build and order their dream road bikes directly from Canyon’s website or the Canyon App with their choice of component fits – including crank length, stem length and saddle – and component functionality, with different wheel/tyre and groupset combinations available.

The MyCanyon purchase process takes place on Canyon.com or the Canyon App with an easy-to-use experience to fit a wide variety of customers. Customers can choose:

• crank lengths ranging from 160 cm to 175 cm

• CP0048 PACE Bar stem lengths from 70 cm to 140 cm

• cassettes for flat or mountainous terrain

• aero drops or classic drops

• personalised name stickers

• from a broad array of Aeroad CF SLX sizes, ranging from 2XS to 2XL

Assembled in Germany

The building of these bikes takes place at Canyon’s advanced assembly plant in Koblenz, Germany, home to approximately 400 trained bike mechanics, each of whom is experienced in building premium bikes with the care and attention they deserve.

Sophisticated tools and picking operations allow the skilled mechanics to focus on the job at hand – building bikes with the utmost care and precision. Each MyCanyon bike is hand-built to the exacting specifications of its customer, then boxed and sent directly, with the Canyon App recording all the movements of the bike from the factory to your front door.

Availability

From 26th March 2026 customers shopping for Canyon bikes on Canyon.com can view the MyCanyon CF SLX fit and function configuration options or the full CFR customisation options (including unique artworks) on the website. Customers shopping on the Canyon App can even go one step further by designing their custom bike and seeing it in-situ via augmented reality.  

NOTES TO EDITORS

1. While MyCanyon is available for Aeroad CFR customers worldwide, this roll out for CF SLX customers is currently only available for delivery in Europe. MyCanyon at Aeroad CF SLX level is expected to roll out to rest of world customers in the future.

2. MyCanyon allows customers to customise the fit, function and aesthetics of their bike at Aeroad CFR level. At Aeroad CF SLX level, customers can only configure the fit of their components and their functionality – MyCanyon premium paint options are not currently available at CF SLX level.
