EMBARGO: Thursday 19 December 2024: Known for lighting up races with their dynamic racing style and spirit, CANYON//SRAM zondacrypto will also be lighting up the peloton in 2025 with their bold new kit design.
2024 was CAYNON//SRAM’s greatest ever season, with Kasia Niewiadoma epitomising the team’s gutsy racing spirit by winning both La Fleche Wallonne and Tour de France Femmes avec Zwift.
Each year’s design draws its name from the inspiration of its designer. This year is no different. From the hand of designer Mckenzie Sampson comes his 'Infinitum’ concept. Mckenzie has taken his cue from the energy flow that riders experience in a bike race to create another stand-out CANYON//SRAM zondacrypto kit design.
The 2025 design features a nebulous wave of coral, pink, red, turquoise and purple, making for a stand out gradient as the base layer. Refreshed graphic elements and textures are overlain to create an energetic pattern across the jersey and the upper of the bib shorts.
“I’m somewhat obsessed by the ebb and flow that comes from racing. The constant dynamic and bombardment of stimuli makes racing a real assault on the senses. It’s that sensation that I wanted to communicate through the 2025 design. The colours and graphics model the dynamic physical and emotional states of racing and visualize how we conserve and utilize energy,” said Sampson.
As well as a central Canyon logo, the clothing collection also features logos from new headline partner zondacrypto, plus SRAM, who provide the team’s top-of-the-range RED eTap AXS drivetrains and brakesets, and Zwift, whose annual Zwift Academy competition gives riders the chance to win a contract with CANYON//SRAM zondacrypto.
In the coming 2025 season you can expect to see riders including 2024 Tour de France Femmes winner Kasia Niewiadoma (PL), Women’s Individual TT U23 World Champion Antonia Niedermaier (DE) and new signings Cecilie Uttrup Ludwig (DK), Rosa Klöser (DE), Wilma Aintila (FI) and Chiara Consonni (IT) decked out in the new design as they attempt to emulate an incredible 2024 season.
Team mates Zoe Bäckstedt (GB), Ricarda Bauernfeind (DE), Neve Bradbury (AU), Tiffany Cromwell (AU), Justyna Czapla (DE), Chloé Dygert (US), Nastya Kolesava (BY), Maria Martins (PT), Soraya Paladin (IT), Agnieszka Skalniak-Sójka (PL), Alice Towers (GB) and Maike van der Duin (NL) will all sport the Infinitum collection in their upcoming road, cyclocross, and gravel races around the world.
CANYON//SRAM zondacrypto Generation team of talented up-and-coming riders will also be attired in the same vibrant kit. The team consists of African Continental Road Race Champion Ese Lovina Ukpeseraye (NIG), three-time Rwandan Road Race and TT champion Diane Ingabire (RWA), plus Selam Amha Gerefiel (ETH), Jule Märkl (GER), Awen Roberts (GBR) and Maddie Le Roux (RSA), as well as new signings Joelle Messemer (GER), Florence Nakagwa (UGA) and along with a spot for the 2024 Zwift Academy winner who will be announced by early Feb 2025.
Beth Duryea of CANYON//SRAM zondacrypto: “Our visual identity forms a huge part of what we stand for as a team. We have a legacy of being disruptive, diverse, animated and eye-catching – much like our kit. That style has won us a lot of fans. I’m always incredibly honoured when I see fans also wearing the kit.”
From 2021’s Interstellar theme to 2022’s Astral Burn and 2024’s Harmonic Riff, the previous seasons kits have seen CANYON//SRAM set a design benchmark that few can compare to.
The high-quality kit is available in male and female styles, exclusively through canyon.com or the Canyon app from mid-January 2025. From there, you can order the items like the aero short sleeve jersey and bib shorts. Complete the collection with all the add-on accessories like the headband, neck tube, race cap, and aero race gloves.
